Prerequisites: Jr. Game Development 4

Focusing on the creative process, this course guides students in turning their innovative game concepts into actionable plans. By crafting a design document that details everything from narrative structure to interactive features, students gain essential skills in planning and documentation, laying a solid foundation for their future game development projects.
 

Jr. Minecraft Modding Level 1: Minecraft Creative Coding
 

Prerequisites: Jr. Game Development 1 or Coding Proficiency  

Includes typing: Very little

Reading level: 2nd Grade+

Ages: 8 - 13

Minecraft Creative Coding is an interactive course that introduces kids to the fundamentals of programming—such as loops, conditionals, and functions—while they explore and shape the immersive world of Minecraft Education Edition, blending creative exploration with logical problem-solving through project-based challenges that encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and hands-on learning in a fun, inclusive environment.
